Booster Membership Renewals: What You Need to Know

As we get ready for another school year, we want to remind our Booster members and Business Partners how membership renewals work — especially since this is the first year many of our subscriptions will renew automatically.

Last year, MHS Boosters moved to a subscription model for memberships and Business Partnerships. You can read our October, 2025 communication about the transition at this link: "Why We Switched to Subscription Memberships — and What It Means for You."

If you purchased your membership or partnership online, your subscription was set up to renew annually using the payment method on file.

For most members, that means there is nothing you need to do.

When Will My Membership Renew?

If you previously purchased a Booster Membership or Business Partnership online, it will generally renew automatically on the anniversary of your original enrollment date using the payment method saved to your account.

However, we're also working to better align memberships with the MHS academic year rather than having renewals scattered throughout the year.

Because Wix does not allow us to simply move every existing subscription to an August renewal date, we're making adjustments where we can. If your renewal requires a more significant change, a Booster Board member will contact you directly to help with the process.

Otherwise, no action is needed.

How Do I Check My Membership?

Not sure whether you have an active subscription, when it renews, or what membership level you have? You can check it anytime through your account on the MHS Boosters website.

1. Go to the MHS Boosters website.

2. Click “Log In” in the upper-right corner of the website.

Be sure to use the email address associated with your original Booster purchase.

3. Once you're logged in, go to “My Subscriptions.”

There you'll be able to see your current Booster Membership or Business Partnership and its subscription information.

You can also use your account to update your payment method, change your membership level, or cancel your subscription.

What About This Year's Renewal Price?

Your automatic renewal will be based on your applicable membership or partnership level, but there is one important difference from your original purchase:

Your automatic renewal amount will NOT include printing costs.

If you purchased printed materials such as banners or signs as part of your original enrollment, those one-time printing costs are not part of your annual subscription renewal.

You do not need a coupon code. The appropriate renewal amount will be handled through your existing subscription.

What If I Paid Offline?

Automatic renewal only works for memberships and partnerships purchased online with a current payment method on file.

If you paid by check, cash, invoice or another offline method, or if you no longer have a valid payment method associated with your subscription, please contact us so we can help make sure your membership is current for the new school year.

Why Does Keeping My Membership Current Matter?

Your Booster membership does much more than simply make you a member of the organization. Membership dollars help MHS Boosters support students, athletics, activities and programs throughout Mammoth High School.

Family memberships also come with some pretty valuable benefits.

Depending on your membership level, Booster families receive up to four admissions to regular-season home football, volleyball and basketball games — a benefit you can start using right away as our fall sports season gets underway.

And families with seniors should remember another important benefit: students whose families meet the qualifying Booster membership requirements may be eligible for an MHS Booster Academic Award of up to $1,000 during their senior year, provided they meet the academic requirements.

Already a Member? Check Before You Join Again!

This may be the most important reminder of all:

If you joined online last year, please don't purchase another membership until you check your account.

You may already have an active subscription scheduled to renew automatically.

Simply log in → go to My Subscriptions → check your membership and renewal information.
