The Mammoth High School Booster Club is proud to congratulate the recipients of its 2026 Academic Awards, recognizing graduating seniors whose hard work, perseverance, and commitment to academic excellence have distinguished them throughout their high school careers.
This year, the Booster Club awarded a total of $11,800 to 20 graduating seniors as they prepare to take the next steps in their educational and professional journeys.

The Academic Awards program is one of the Booster Club's longest-standing traditions and reflects the organization's belief that academic achievement deserves to be celebrated and supported. Recipients will use their awards to help pursue a wide variety of opportunities, including college, trade school, career training, military service, and other post-graduation pathways.
The Academic Awards structure recognizes achievement at multiple levels based on a student's unweighted GPA:
4.0 GPA – $1,000
3.75 GPA – $800
3.5 GPA – $600
3.25 GPA – $400
3.0 GPA – $200
While no 4.0 awards were presented this year, the Booster Club was honored to recognize 20 deserving seniors whose dedication and determination earned Academic Awards.

"Our family has experienced the Booster Club from several perspectives—as volunteers, as a business partner, and now as parents of an Academic Award recipient. Having Ele recognized as she preps to attend Cal State San Marcos reminds us why community involvement matters. Every membership, sponsorship, and volunteer hour helps create opportunities for students, and we're proud to be part of that effort." Jay & Sheilah Brode, Brode Construction

The Booster Club is also grateful to the families, teachers, counselors, staff members, and mentors who have encouraged and supported these students throughout their educational journeys.
Academic Awards are available to graduating seniors whose families are Booster Club members. Memberships begin at just $60 annually and help fund student programs, teacher grants, enrichment opportunities, appreciation events, and Academic Awards throughout the year. For many families, the program provides a meaningful return on their membership investment, with qualifying seniors eligible to receive awards ranging from $200 to $1,000.
The Booster Club hopes to continue growing participation in the program so that even more students can benefit from Academic Awards in the future. Every membership strengthens the organization's ability to support students across academics, athletics, arts, activities, and career-focused programs.
The Booster Club would also like to extend special thanks to Membership Chair Antonette Ciccarelli, who coordinates the Academic Awards process each year and works behind the scenes to manage eligibility, applications, and award administration. Her dedication helps ensure that this longstanding tradition continues to benefit Mammoth High School seniors year after year.
Programs like the Academic Awards are made possible through the support of Booster Club members, community donors, local business partners, and the many volunteers who contribute their time throughout the year. Whether through Husky Fest, the Holiday Tree Lot, VES Bingo, community partnerships, or membership support, every contribution helps create opportunities for Mammoth students.
Congratulations to the Class of 2026 Academic Award recipients. We are proud of your accomplishments and excited to see all that you achieve in the years ahead.
