Husky Fest: A Community Effort Supporting Our Students
On Sept 2026, Husky Fest brought our community together for golf, generous giving, and a shared commitment to Mammoth High School students. With $119,000 in recorded total income, this year’s event demonstrated how much local businesses, families, volunteers, and supporters can accomplish together.

The Husky Fest partnership between the MHS Booster Club and Mammoth Man’s Club makes Husky Fest more than a single day of fundraising. Together, the organizations provide a shared event that gives every team an equal opportunity to seek sponsorships and build support for its own program.
The goal is straightforward: help teams help themselves. Athletes, coaches, and parents can approach supporters, sell sponsorships, and direct those contributions toward their teams. A common fundraising platform gives programs a way to turn their outreach and effort into meaningful financial support. Funds raised through the event also support the Booster Club and athletic department, extending the impact across our MHS.
Community Generosity in Action
This year Husky Fest raised $42,360 in team-designated sponsorships and donations, plus $1,700 in general contributions. Golf registrations contributed another $36,000, with 36 foursomes filling the tournament roster.
The raffle generated $19,060, while mulligan sales added $2,625. Every sponsorship, donated prize, registration, and ticket purchase contributed to the event’s success.
We are deeply grateful to the businesses and individuals who answered our students' requests for support. Whether you sponsored a hole, purchased a business or corporate sponsorship, donated a raffle item, entered a golf team, or made a personal contribution, you helped create opportunities for our students.

Recognizing the People Behind the Fundraising
Baseball led team-designated fundraising with $20,615, followed by football with $8,165 and girls soccer with $5,915.
Special thanks go to Grant Duff, whose sponsorship outreach reached across multiple sports. Grant Duff is credited with $24,495 in sponsorships, including support directed to baseball, football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, softball, and ski and snowboard. That effort illustrates how one person’s commitment can benefit students throughout our athletic community.
The order records also recognize contributions secured by students, parents, and coaches including Neko Morando, Alena Lemus-Prieto, John Smyth, Dale Knott, and Connie Moyer, among many others. Thank you to everyone who asked a business for support, followed up on a sponsorship, collected a donation, or encouraged someone to participate. Those individual efforts are the foundation of this event.
Thank You, Mammoth
Our thanks go to Mammoth Man’s Club, Sierra Star Golf Course, Mammoth Mountain, our event organizers and volunteers, participating teams and families, golfers, sponsors, and raffle donors. From preparing sponsorship materials and coordinating registrations to gathering prizes and helping on event day, many people contributed time and care.
To our community: thank you for continuing to show up for Mammoth High School. Your generosity helps sustain our programs, and your willingness to support our students makes this partnership possible. We look forward to helping even more teams make the most of the opportunity next year.
